The following content is currently not fully accessible:

  • Incorrect or missing HTML structure: For example, unused or non-existent <h1> headings.
  1. b) Content barriers
  • Missing or insufficient subtitles for videos and audios (no complete transcripts or audio descriptions available).
  • PDF and Office documents are not accessible (missing tags, poor structure, non-accessible tables).
  1. d) Disproportionate burden

According to Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, an exception may be made for certain content due to disproportionate burden. Despite our efforts, it is currently not possible for us to provide the following content completely barrier-free:

  • Older PDF documents and Office files:
    Many PDF documents and Word files published before September 23, 2018 are not accessible. These documents sometimes contain missing structures, inadequate alternative texts for images or complex tables that cannot be revised at short notice without additional resources.
    • Where possible, new documents are provided in an accessible format.

  • Older videos without subtitles or audio description:
    Videos published before September 23, 2020 may not contain subtitles, audio descriptions or accessibility features.
    • Where possible, new videos are published with subtitles and additional accessibility features.
