Please note that exhibitor tickets are not included in the stand booking for the parts market on the open-air site or in the hall (pit lane) !
You can purchase exhibitor tickets (3 days) for €25.00 per person during the booking process. Exhibitor tickets are non-transferable and cannot be canceled. Please note that a surcharge of €5.00 will be charged for on-site purchases.
The costs for a stand space in the hall/box lane are as follows: 2m (width) x 3.5m (depth) = 60.00€
The costs for a stand area on the open-air site are as follows per unit:
2m (width) x 5m (depth) = €40.00
The units can be extended as required.
Regular seat reservation until January 31, 2026. New registrations are also possible after this date.
After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation. As soon as your stand has been registered, you will receive an invoice.
A parking lot is available for exhibitors in the hall. Exhibitors on the open-air site must also park their vehicles on their stand.
You can purchase additional exhibitor vehicle tickets during the booking process. Please note that there is a surcharge of €5.00 for on-site purchases.
It is not possible to dismantle the stands before 16:00 on Sunday.
