Our Veterama team will be wearing red T-shirts / jackets with “VETERAMA” printed on them. We ask you to follow the instructions. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the organization on site. If you need a receipt for vendor wristbands or admission tickets, you can also obtain these from the organization on site. This is located on the premises in Hall 1 in the foyer.
The exhibitor undertakes to occupy his stand on all days of the event during the stated opening hours. If the stand is dismantled prematurely, the exhibitor loses the right to occupy the stand. Open flames, noise, and other nuisances are prohibited. Due to fire safety regulations, every booth operator with 4 units (8 meters) or more must have a working fire extinguisher readily available at their booth. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, the organizer and the fire department are authorized to close the booth immediately.
The seller is responsible for monitoring the items offered for sale. New items may only be offered for sale if they are replicas of historical models. This also applies to clothing (tools are excluded). The sale of food and drink or other foodstuffs is strictly prohibited and may result in the stand being closed. If the goods on offer do not meet our criteria, the continued operation of the stand may be prohibited. Any goods with a National Socialist background, weapons or knives are prohibited.
In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, the organizer and the fire department are permitted to close the stand immediately:

You will receive your vendor wristband. Please put it on your wrist before entering so that it fits snugly. The wristbands are personal and may not be transferred to others. Tickets must be scanned upon entry.
When leaving the premises, you must obtain a stamp; re-entry is only permitted with the stamp and the event organizer’s wristband. Tickets are non-transferable.
Entry: Your vendor wristband will be scanned.
Exit: Wear your vendor wristband and please get it stamped if you wish to re-enter the grounds.

You will receive your tickets via email to print out. Please present this printout at the entrance gate. You will receive your vendor wristband on site.
Only for suppliers of vehicles on the marketplace is 1 exhibitor pass included. The exhibitor pass must be purchased for vendors in the areas.
Please put your provider wristband on your wrist.
When leaving and re-entering the premises, please always show your wristband.
There will be no refunds for exhibitor passes purchased in excess.
Exhibitor tickets are non-transferable and cannot be canceled.
Affix your entry pass to the inside of your windshield so that it is clearly visible. The attachment lists your booth number, area, and name. Without the visible sticker on your windshield, you will not be permitted to enter the grounds. Vehicles parked on the grounds without an entry pass, or with a torn-off name tag, will be towed. Parking vehicles outside the rented booth area is prohibited. You can purchase missing or additional entry passes at the entrance gate for 25 euros each. If you leave the grounds in a passenger car, it must have the vendor sticker on the windshield.

Place your entry pass clearly visible on the dashboard. It is not possible to enter the site without the visible entry pass. You will receive a sticker from us at the entrance which will be affixed to the windshield.
Vehicles parked on the premises without a license or with their name removed will be towed away.
The vehicle must be parked within its allocated parking space. The parking of vehicles outside the rented stand area is prohibited. Each vehicle (transport, towing vehicles, etc.) on the stand must be declared at the time of registration and will be charged according to the list. This does not include the vehicles you wish to sell.

If you leave the site in a car, it must have the entry permit on the dashboard.
Please set up your sales booth in the outdoor area so that there is a continuous display of merchandise along the path or street side. Transport vehicles should be parked at the rear of the booth area. The vehicles of all vendors in the outdoor area must be parked within the boundaries of their rented booths. Parking spaces are not available on the premises.
Please set up your stand in the outdoor area in such a way that there is a continuous range of goods on the road side.
Any remaining transport vehicles should be parked at the rear of the stand area.
The vehicles of all suppliers on the open-air site must be accommodated on the areas of the rented stands.

Overnight stays in the halls and placing stickers on the hall floor are not permitted. A parking lot is available for hall vendors across from Gate 2. Any purchased car sticker must be affixed to the inside of the vehicle’s windshield. The installation of shelves or similar permanently mounted stand components is strictly prohibited.
You may drive the vehicle into the warehouse to unload it for a deposit of approximately 100 euros. If you leave vehicles in the warehouse, please make sure that any remaining vehicles have no more than 5 liters of fuel in their tanks and that the battery is disconnected. If possible, lock the fuel caps.
Overnight stays in the halls are not permitted.
It is not permitted to put stickers on the hall floor.
The installation of shelves or similar fixed stand components is strictly prohibited.
Oldtimers, youngtimers and classic vehicles can be offered at the MARKTPLATZ. Camping trailers, motorhomes and any vehicles converted to motorhomes are not permitted and will be refused entry. Overnight stays in vehicles on the marketplace grounds are prohibited.
The enclosed sales sign, which includes the price, must be clearly displayed on each vehicle. The entry pass for your vehicle (sticker) must be affixed to the inside of the windshield. Please present your personalized ticket for scanning at the Marktplatz entrance. The sale of spare parts at the MARKTPLATZ is not permitted. Vehicles brought in on transport trailers may be parked with the trailer attached. The towing vehicles may not be parked at the MARKTPLATZ. Transport vehicles must be parked outside in the visitor parking lots.
Halle Marketplace: Please make sure that any vehicles left behind have no more than 5 liters of fuel in their tanks and that the battery is disconnected. If possible, lock the fuel caps.

Registration takes place on the upper floor of the hall at the organization desk. Cost: 75 euros in cash. High-voltage power – 200 euros. Please bring at least a 50-meter extension cord. Each exhibitor must reserve their own power connection. If overloading causes a power outage or any other problem, this may result in significant costs for the booth operator.

You will receive one trash bag upon entry; you may request additional bags if needed. Trash will be collected through regular trash pickup during the event. Do not leave behind any metal parts or other scrap/trash. Otherwise, you will be subject to substantial disposal fees. Please avoid spilling oil on the streets and on the grounds. If this does happen, please report it immediately to the organizing office or to the organizers on site. Please place plastic sheeting under any parts that are leaking oil.
You will receive a garbage bag at the entrance, or several if you wish.
Waste is disposed of by regularly removing the waste garbage cans during the event.
Please avoid oil spills on the roads and on the grounds. If it does happen, please contact the organization office or the organizers on the site immediately. Please place plastic foil under oily parts.
Do not leave any iron parts or other scrap/garbage behind. Otherwise you will incur considerable disposal charges.
Restrooms are located throughout the outdoor area. They are marked with “WC” on the master map (available for download on the website). Showers are located in outdoor area 4c and are open Thursday from 3:00–6:00 p.m., Friday from 4:00–8:00 p.m., Saturday from 7:00–10:00 a.m. and 4:00–8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 7:00–10:00 a.m.
Restrooms are located throughout the outdoor area.

Showers are located in outdoor area 4c.
A free service for your customers: the Veterama Service Depot. Heavy parts can be stored there until they are picked up. You’ll find the Service Depot in Outdoor Area 4c.

It is not permitted to park vehicles inside or outside the premises in front of entrances, exits and escape routes. These vehicles will be removed by us at any time for a fee. If you cannot park your vehicle at the stand, you must park in the lot in front of Gate 41. To do so, please follow the signs for the vendor entrance.

We recommend that you plan your departure on Sunday after 10 p.m. so that you do not come into conflict with the Sunday driving ban.
We reserve the right to relocate booths or change their assignments for valid reasons (official orders, etc.). Failure to comply with our requirements may result in booths being closed or canceled. No refunds will be issued for booth fees.
Gas cylinders are generally prohibited!
The stewards are authorized to confiscate gas cylinders immediately for the safety of all VETERAMA participants.

In all other cases or in cases where no evidence is available, the security service will decide on site whether or not to approve the installation in individual cases.

Please note that exhibitor tickets are not includedin the stand booking for the parts market on the open-air site or in the hall !
You can purchase exhibitor tickets (3 days) for €30.00 per person during the booking process. Exhibitor tickets are non-transferable and cannot be canceled. Please note that a surcharge of €5.00 will be charged for on-site purchases.
The costs for a stand area in the hall are as follows: 2m (width) x 2.5m (depth) = 100.00€
The costs for a stand space on the outdoor area are as follows per unit: 2m (width) x 5m (depth) = 45.00€ The units can be extended as required.
Regular seat reservation until May 05, 2026. New registrations are also possible after this date.
After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation. As soon as your stand has been registered, you will receive an invoice. A parking lot is available for exhibitors in the hall. Exhibitors on the open-air site must also park their vehicles on their stand. You can purchase additional exhibitor vehicle tickets during the booking process. Please note that there is a surcharge of €5.00 for on-site purchases. It is not possible to dismantle the stands before 16:00 on Sunday.
