Our Veterama team will be wearing red T-shirts / jackets with “VETERAMA” printed on them. We ask you to follow the instructions. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the organization on site. If you need a receipt for vendor wristbands or admission tickets, you can also obtain these from the organization on site. This is located on the grounds in Hall 1 in the foyer.

In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, the organizer and the fire department are permitted to close the stand immediately:
The exhibitor undertakes to occupy his stand on all days of the event during the stated opening hours. If the stand is dismantled prematurely, the exhibitor loses the right to occupy the stand.
Open fires, noise and other nuisances are prohibited.
Due to fire safety regulations, every stand owner must have a working fire extinguisher to hand at their stand from 4 units (8m).
Gas bottles/containers of any kind are prohibited on the entire Veterama site.
The vendor is responsible for guarding the goods on offer.
New goods may only be offered if they are replicas of historical models. This also applies to clothing (with the exception of tools).
If the goods on offer do not meet our criteria, the continued operation of the stand may be prohibited.
The sale of food and drink or other foodstuffs is strictly prohibited and may result in the stand being closed.
Any goods with a National Socialist background, weapons or knives are prohibited.
Please set up your stand in the outdoor area in such a way that there is a continuous range of goods on the road side.
Any remaining transport vehicles should be parked at the rear of the stand area.
The vehicles of all suppliers on the open-air site must be accommodated on the areas of the rented stands.
Parking spaces are not available on the premises.
Overnight stays in the halls are not permitted.
It is not permitted to put stickers on the hall floor.
The installation of shelves or similar fixed stand components is strictly prohibited.
Oldtimers, youngtimers and classic vehicles can be offered at the MARKTPLATZ.
Camping trailers, motorhomes and any vehicles converted to motorhomes are not permitted and will be refused entry.
Overnight stays in vehicles on the marketplace grounds are prohibited.
The enclosed sales sign with price information must be clearly attached to each vehicle.
The sale of spare parts on the MARKTPLATZ is not permitted.
Vehicles that are brought on transport trailers can be parked with trailers. The towing vehicles may not be parked on the MARKETPLACE.
Transport vehicles must be parked outside in the visitor parking lots.
Registration takes place on the upper floor of the hall with the organization.
Please bring at least 50 m of extension cable with you.
Each exhibitor must book their own power connection.
If overcrowding leads to a power failure or other problem, this can result in considerable costs for the stand operator.
You will receive a garbage bag at the entrance, or several if you wish.
Waste is disposed of by regularly removing the waste garbage cans during the event.
Please avoid oil spills on the roads and on the grounds. If it does happen, please contact the organization office or the organizers on the site immediately. Please place plastic foil under oily parts.
Do not leave any iron parts or other scrap/garbage behind. Otherwise you will incur considerable disposal charges.
Place your entry pass clearly visible on the dashboard. It is not possible to enter the site without the visible entry pass. You will receive a sticker from us at the entrance which will be affixed to the windshield.
Vehicles parked on the premises without a license or with their name removed will be towed away.
The vehicle must be parked within its allocated parking space. The parking of vehicles outside the rented stand area is prohibited. Each vehicle (transport, towing vehicles, etc.) on the stand must be declared at the time of registration and will be charged according to the list. This does not include the vehicles you wish to sell.

If you leave the site in a car, it must have the entry permit on the dashboard.
NEW: You will receive your tickets as an e-mail printout. Please show this printout at the entrance gate. You will receive your vendor wristband on site.
Only for suppliers of vehicles on the marketplace is 1 exhibitor pass included. The exhibitor pass must be purchased for vendors in the areas.
Please put your provider wristband on your wrist.
When leaving and re-entering the premises, please always show your wristband.
There will be no refunds for exhibitor passes purchased in excess.
Restrooms are located throughout the outdoor area.
These are marked with "WC" on the overall plan.
Showers are located in outdoor area 4c.
The Veterama Service Depot is a free service for our customers. Heavy parts can be stored there until collection.

It is not permitted to park vehicles inside or outside the premises in front of entrances, exits and escape routes. These vehicles will be removed by us at any time for a fee.
If you cannot park your vehicle on the stand, you must park in the visitor parking lot P20. Please follow the signs on site.
The parking lot is within walking distance.
We recommend that you plan your departure on Sunday after 10 p.m. so that you do not come into conflict with the Sunday driving ban.
We reserve the right to relocate stands or change assignments after stating important reasons (official orders, etc.).
Stands that do not comply with our requirements may be closed/canceled.
If you dismantle your stand before the stated opening times, you will lose your right to a stand and will be charged a penalty of 50% of the stand fee.
Please note that it is not possible to leave before 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Gas cylinders are generally prohibited!
The stewards are authorized to confiscate gas cylinders immediately for the safety of all VETERAMA participants.
They are factory-fitted and are part of the model (proof: operating description of the motorhome or caravan)
They have been retrofitted by a specialist company (proof: installation and commissioning certificate from the HVAC specialist company).
the installation has the current technical inspection scheduled at regular intervals (proof: inspection sticker or certificate)
In all other cases or in cases where no evidence is available, the security service will decide on site whether or not to approve the installation in individual cases.

The fire department and police are located near the main entrance.
The medical service is located in outdoor area 2.
In urgent emergencies, please contact our staff or the organization in Hall 1.
