Tickets
Buy your ticket at one of our box offices on the day, or take the easy option and purchase it online in advance.
When you book online, you can pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or via PayPal.
At the box offices, we only accept cash.
The Premium ticket (3-day ticket) also allows entry on Friday (set-up day).
The Combi ticket is valid on Saturday and Sunday. .
The Day ticket can be used on either Saturday or Sunday.
Children up to and including the age of 14 are allowed free admission!
Wheelchair users are allowed free admission for a person accompanying them.

Arriving by public transport
Local train service:
Line 6 getting out at "Maimarkt"
Line 6a to S-Bahn station "Mannheim Arena/Maimarkt", then take bus route 50, bus route 45 or local train line 6
OEG (Upper Rhine Railway Company) (Line 5):
Travel in the direction of Heidelberg until you get to MA-Neuostheim, then take bus route 50, bus route 45 or local train line 6 (alternatively: approx. 15 minutes on foot)
Deutsche Bahn:
S-Bahn station "Mannheim Arena/Maimarkt", then take bus route 50, bus route 45 or local train line 6 (alternatively: approx. 15 minutes on foot) or from Mannheim Main Station, then use the OEG (Line 5) getting out at MA-Neuostheim, then take bus route 50, bus route 45 or local train line 6 (alternatively: approx. 15 minutes on foot)
Arriving by car
The Maimarkt Grounds are right next to the A 656 motorway. If you are coming by car: the route is well signposted.

Parking
Visitors with a disability are requested to drive to the main entrance. The Veterama stewards in the red jackets or a member of our security staff will guide you to the car parks.

You can buy your ticket for parking on site when you enter the car park.
Motorbikes

Free parking for motorbikes.
Motorhomes and camping vehicles
Please follow the signs when you arrive.
Please note that we are not able to offer you a campsite with showers, toilets and electricity.
Motorhomes and camping vehicles are to park in the designated areas.
There are toilets and showers on the premises.
Food & drink
We are well set up when it comes to the provision of food and drink.
There are catering tents with seating areas and a number of food trucks that can offer a wide range of meals and drinks.
